Bricco Quaglia vineyard and those within the municipality Mango.
Slightly later harvest than the grapes for the Moscato wine, the grapes are picked and then placed in the cellar for the drying process. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is done in French oak barrels, followed by 96 months of aging. Finally, bottle-aged for about 3 months.
