This Passito has a beautiful golden hue, “d’oro” and offers aromas of dried fig, ripe orange, and chestnut honey. On the palate are rich and sweet notes. An enjoyable acidity gives this wine a clean and fresh finish.

Vinification

Slightly later harvest than the grapes for the Moscato wine, the grapes are picked and then placed in the cellar for the drying process. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is done in French oak barrels, followed by 96 months of aging. Finally, bottle-aged for about 3 months.
