Timorasso is an ancient indigenous grape variety of Piemonte.

The wine has an incredible structure and longevity, the delicate citrus and floral notes sing in concert leading to a vibrant long finish.

Vinification

Destemming and soft pressing; followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled small steel tanks. The wine rests on its noble lees for 8 months. It is then filtered and bottle-aged for 3 more months before finally being released.
