Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Casanova Toscano IGP

Casanova’s extra virgin olive oil is produced with the same care and philosophy with which we produce our wines. The nose releases aromas of fresh herbs, artichoke, and green tomatoes. The flavor is both full and delicate thanks to the cold working process which preserves all the characteristics of this wonderful oil.

Olive groves within the municipality of Terricciola (Casanova).

Oil production

The olives are carefully selected and harvested manually. Upon harvest the olives are immediately crushed at an onsite facility. The olives go through a cold press process at a maximum temperature of 15 degrees celcius. Only use the oil from the first pressing is bottled.
