Smooth, full-bodied, clean
The Rivetti family, following the Piedmontese tradition of producing monovarietal wines, decided to vinify Colorino in purity. They were confident that this variety holds a unique identity. The nose shows hints of dark fruit, with herbaceous and earthy notes. While on the palate it is smooth and full-bodied, while having also very good minerality.
