The pomace from the Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes that are used to create Pin grapes naturally produce only a grappa characterized with a strong personality and sublime elegance. The nose is delicate, with scents of hay and wood. The taste is soft, smooth, and refined.

Production process
Distillation done with a discontinuous bain-marie system, so that the pomace heats up slowly thus avoiding being burnt. Aged in French oak barriques, previously used for the aging of Pin, for at least 6 months.
